Makers, a high-end furniture manufacturing company.
Since accepting his position in 1995, he has transformed the company,

valuation. He holds an MBA and is chairman of the Institute of Family Business.

Saltwater Institute. Tom is infusing a system of values
throughout Colgate-Palmolive. He founded Saltwater to guide individuals and corporations on their
journey to a more socially responsible and profitable paradigm of doing business.

Anne Eiting Klamar, MD is the 4th generation President and CEO of healthcares supplier Midmark Corporation.
Prior to returning to the family business in 2000, Anne was in a medical practice with her husband, and served
as the director of the Well Child Clinic.

Diana "Dini" Pickering is the Vice Chairman and former SVP of Retail Operations for the Biltmore Company.
With 25 years of operating experience in the business, Dini also founded and directs the Family Office and chairs Biltmore's
Corporate Philanthropy program. Dini is a 2nd generation leader of Biltmore Company and a 6th generation member of the Cornelius
Vanderbilt family from the early 1800s.

John Santa serves as Vice Chair and former 2nd generation CEO of Santa Energy. Since 1988, John has
